correct blade for rear bagging

I have a Lawn Boy 10323 that was set up with the mulch shield and a smaller fan blade to improve mulching in addition to the cutting blade. If I convert it to a rear bagger should I remove the fan blade for better lift of the clippings or will it make no difference? Thank you -
