10.5 hp briggs runs and has reasonable high end speed, but no power. Hit medium to tall grass and slows down to near stall. Picks up again in shorter grass but repeats problem. Seems like governor is not working properly and/or carb needs attention. HELP, taking too long to cut 4-5 acres using this front mounted 48" mower (on Honda 4 wheel quad).
