trying to buy my first mower and I have an offer for a used one. It's a "Cub Cadet - 173cc/6.75 ft-lbs" It's been stored for about 2 years (hasnt been used since) and has some rust underneath and all over the blade. I attached a picture so anyone can see for them selves. The selling price is $150. I am not sure if this is a good deal or if I should be concerned about the rust. I am hoping someone can give me good advice. Thanks.
