stripe kit for bobcat procat 52" and mulch plate cover.

Can anyone give me any feedback regarding these 2 items.
I am thinking of purchasing a roller kit for my procat but want to know if it can be lifted up and down when you want to. Certain areas I cut wont need it.
Also is this machine any good with the mulch plate on ?
