Repairs toro timecutter 4200 front wheel bushing issues

ok,so regardless of how often i grease the front bushings,they squeak like no ones business for random amounts of time while mowing...my mower only has one heavy summer of use and i am wondering if there's a replacement bushing of better quality or preferrably a replacement bearing?

i have done some searching and cannot find an answer...thanks
