My Kohler engine, CV740S, on my Scag lawn mower won't run at full power and can hardly move itself around even if the blades are not operating. To me it seems like it's running without getting the proper volume of fuel. I changed the fuel filter and still experience this from time-to-time. Once it's shut off for a few minutes it will run fine for an unknown period of time, then act up again. Any suggestions?
