new to forum and lawn tractor repair. PTO lever bar cant be pulled up all way stops about mid way up but PTO is off. lever bar doesn't look bent, down to on engages the PTO fine. not sure what to do about this? one Pad on deck pulley is very worn, when braking tractor is slow to stop, brake light is flickering dimly, pulleys were replaced last year and belt and tune up just recently. I would appreciate any and all help.
