Ok i have had the same problem as many people on here with my HRR2168VKA mower not rolling back sometimes, then the smart drive slowly started giving out until it didn't go at all. I went ahead and took out the transmission to see if anything was wrong. when i opened up the tranny cover i saw the reason why my mower wasn't working. I called around and found a place in town that had the transmission so i am about to install it today and im almost positive its going to work like new. I hope.
