I tried to start up mower it started up for 10 sec then stopped. Tried again and it tried to start but to no avail. I looked at the fuel filter and it had no fuel in it. It seems that the fuel from the gas tank is not being pumped to the carb? I took off the fuel line the I don't know if it is a fuel pump or not but it is on the outside of the back next to the air filter with 2 hoses from it? I tried to start and put finger on where the hose was attached to see if it was sucking but it wasn't . Am I checking it the right way?????
